Batching Scales

Dosage Scale used in dosing, mixing, and pellet units in feed plants is utilized to convert raw materials (the material to be mixed) into finished products by weighing them in feed factories. It is used for dosing different substances from different silos according to the recipe. The body is manufactured from St 37 material. There is an ventilation pipe to maintain pressure balance during filling and emptying. The system offers the possibility of dosing 2 to 32 different materials. After weighing, there is a pneumatic wagon slide gate for fast discharge. Maintenance hatches are available on the body for product control. The system operates computer-controlled with Load cell and indicator data.
